    How we can support you
    in your search for the right property

    • When you’re not quite sure what type of property is right for you, or you’re considering different options, we’ll help you define your requirements
    • We’ll advise you what to be alert to when searching for a property, and we’ll clarify all the legal requirements and implications when renting or buying (e.g. the VRUG, FAGG, dual agency, ancillary costs)
    • Together we’ll compile a selection of corresponding properties – to rent, buy, or as an investment

    • We’ll enter you into our database so you’ll be the first to know when new properties come on the market
