We’re pleased to offer this idyllic vintner house not far from Vienna. The owners of the Schloss Niederleis estate converted the farm buildings into three cozy town houses with all the modern conveniences (gas heating, bathrooms, parquet flooring). The house available for rent is in the middle of the three. There are gardens and fields in front and in back of the house so that you are alone but not isolated.

There is an attic above the living quarters that can be used as storage space for non-combustible materials. A parking space is included in the rent.

The house is available immediately and the lease is initially limited to 5 years; an extension can be negotiated with the landlord.

Location:

Niederleis is a quaint little village with an intact infrastructure, a kindergarten and a primary school. It’s also good for commuters as there is a railroad station from where you can travel to Vienna or nearby towns. It takes 40 minutes by car to get to the Vienna city center.

The Leiser Berge hills are a paradise for sports enthusiasts, particularly for bikers. The much-loved wildlife park Ernstbrunn is in the next town.
